My name is Edna Kinser, and I am the founder of VIP Client Services. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself, share my story, and shed light on the motivation behind the inception of our company.
VIP Client Services was born out of my deep-seated passion for making a positive impact in people's lives. Throughout my career, I have firmly believed in the transformative power of businesses to effect meaningful change. I was determined to channel my efforts into a field where compassion, empathy, and care take center stage.
However, my journey towards establishing an in-home care business began years ago, sparked by a personal experience that profoundly affected me. My father faced debilitating mental challenges that left him incapacitated. During this challenging time, I discovered a stark lack of resources available to help him age with dignity in the comfort of his own home. Regrettably, he lost our cherished childhood home, along with many priceless artifacts, all of which faded into distorted memories.
This experience opened my eyes to the critical need for comprehensive in-home care services. It was a turning point that led me to embrace the in-home care industry. I saw it as an opportunity to provide essential assistance, support, and companionship to those in need within the familiarity of their own homes. Witnessing the struggles faced by seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring specialized care, I was inspired to create a business that could enhance their quality of life and empower them to thrive.
Being an entrepreneur in the in-home care field allows me to blend my business acumen with a profound sense of purpose. It enables me to apply my years of experience in business administration, marketing, and operations to build an organization that operates efficiently, reaches its intended audience, and delivers exceptional care services.
